Lugia is one of my favorite Pokemon, I kinda made this because I can't wait to get Soul Silver. Did you know any Pokemon can follow you around!!!!! My Totodile will never leave my side. >=3
I caaaaaan't wait. This is how I got after I found out about Platinum, only 10x more because Crysal was my #1 fave Pokemon game. Though I'm playing as they guy in it bacuse they replaced the blue haired girl with some dumb looking girl who looks like Mario if he got a sex change. (lmao I really did think that when I saw her.)

As for the picture it's self, I drew it in paint then colored it and edited it in GIMP. First time I ever did it like that. It's been awhile sence I drew any Pokemon at all.

LONG LIVE LUGIA!!! xD
